The investigator must be able to use his knowledge of the case facts, evidence reports, location of suspects etc. to build solid case theories. The investigative class must consider everything previously learned prior to draping his findings comfortably around each element of the offense or offenses to be charged.
We turn good investigators into great investigators, by teaching them how to recognize and properly collect evidence and how to legally and effectively interview. We teach interviewing techniques for suspects as well as for highly sensitive witnesses.
As legal consultants we work with law enforcement and prosecutors, specializing in helping them to understand each other’s needs. We teach prosecutors how to plan their case, select their order of witnesses, and how to anticipate what pieces of evidence will be problematic.
